Modifies the vehicle to allow wheelchair users to drive a
regular vehicle
Hand controls allow a user to control the vehicle accelerator
and brake pedal, while still allowing normal steering wheel
and switch operation.
Other users can operate the vehicle if the driver seat has not
been removed
Other aids, such as wheelchair tie-downs, are necessary
to provide a safe and legal environment for transporting
wheelchair users, or for operating the motor vehicle from
a wheelchair.

Includes raised roofs, dropped floors, and air suspensions
that allow a van to kneel down and up from curb level so a
wheelchair user can roll right into the vehicle
