Investment


Franchise Fee

An investment of $50,000 gives each Franchisee the right to develop, own and operate one or more MEDIchair stores within a defined area, using our business systems and trademarks.

Store Inventory

The operating inventory in your MEDIchair store consists of highly marketable Home Medical Equipment products, which are supplied to you by a host of Authorized Suppliers. Opening inventory typically will be in the $100,000 range.


Royalty Fee

MEDIchair's Royalty Fee is the amount equal to five percent of the Franchisee's annual gross sales. The Royalty Fee is paid monthly. The Royalty Fee assures each Franchisee of continuing benefits and services that include support from MEDIchair's Home Office, regular advertising and promotional assistance, and collective purchasing power.


Training

MEDIchair has developed an efficient basic training program (Franchise School), consisting of a minimum of three days. The MEDIchair Franchise School covers operating methods, marketing programs and administrative procedures. The direct costs of this training are covered in the Franchise Fee. MEDIchair also provides ongoing training on a request basis.


Marketing

MEDIchair is dedicated to bringing you the very best marketing tools to make your advertising and promotions cost-efficient and effective. Each Franchisee must allocate a budget in order to implement the marketing programs that MEDIchair develops on your behalf. Implementation of these programs is not covered in the Franchise and Royalty Fees.
